Milwaukee Road Alco Detail Kit HO 1:87 Scale

Kit includes: Ductwork, Exhaust stack, High mount numberboards(4), No 6 Distribution valve, Bell with bracket & Mounting jig

Included are front and rear mounting jigs for height placement of the numberboards & bell. The backside of each numberboard is concave so they fit directly over the corner of the shell and the jig can be used to set the height correctly. The front jig has a recessed center to set the bell height and aid in holding the part inplace while the adhesive dries.

The ductwork forced warm, drier, air back into the generator compartment, mildly pressurizing it so air flow was outward, which helped keep snow from entering and shorting the main generator.

Fits Proto1000, Walthers & Kato engines. Kato models will need the factory fan shroud filed down to a shorter profile.

Resin printed which will require light cleanup. Prime & Paint with any plastic type paints. Details Associates GR 2703 Cooling Fan Grill can be used with this but is not included.
