I decaled two P&L locomotives with this set. One was GP38 #3817 and the other was a SD70M #4121. I had to cut the individual digits for 4121 but the set comes with the first three digits for GP units. If 412 was added and two small US flags, this set could also be listed for P&L’s six axle locomotives.
